Common questions

I did not get my sign-in code. Wait 30 seconds, then choose "Send to WhatsApp instead". Only Nigerian (+234) numbers can sign in.
My report was not sent. Reports wait on your phone until you have network. Light, price and road reports must be sent while they are still fresh; older ones show "Too old to send".
Something I saw is wrong or unsafe. Open the item and tap Report. In an emergency call 112 first.
