Community rules

WetinDey works because people tell the truth about what is around them. These rules keep it useful and safe.

Do

• Report only what you have seen yourself, as it is now. Take photos inside the app.
• Give honest prices, the real state of the road and the real state of the light.
• Treat the family of someone who has died with respect.

Do not

• Post false reports, fake prices or old photos as new.
• Post anyone's private details, or threaten, harass or shame a person.
• Post scams, fake jobs, fake property or items you do not own.
• Post hate, sexual content, or content that puts a child at risk.
• Raise a false emergency. Emergencies are for real danger to people.

What happens if rules are broken

We may remove content, remove points earned from it, limit what an account can post, or close the account. You can block a person and mute a source or category; emergencies and alerts are never hidden by muting. You can appeal by writing to support.
